• Notice of Client Name Change Letter
You will need to notify all the financial organizations you deal with: Credit
Cards, Banks, Insurance Companies, Retirement Plans, Broker, etc. All that is
usually needed is the Notice of Client Name Change Letter below. Be sure to
include a copy of your marriage license. If they have additional forms they
require then they will be on notice and forward them to you.
